    Issue 7 for Book Club has been sent out, and orders are due back to school no later than 12.00pm on Tuesday 22nd October, 2019.   • Greater Western Region Athletics – Friday 1th October, 2019

    GREATER WESTERN REGION ATHLETICS Congratulations to all the students who competed at GWR Athletics at Llanberris Athletics Track in Ballarat today. Results from the day are: Jessica Bell- 11th in 1500m run Felicity Wood- 11th in 1500m run and 12th in 800m run Lynley Sharp- 9th in Shot Put Sema Meric- 2nd Shot Put and 2nd in Long Jump (narrowly missing 1st place by 3 cm) A big congratulations to Sema who has now qualified to compete at SSV State Championships in Melbourne. An awesome effort by all the girls, well done, the Terang College Community are very proud of all your acheivements.

  • Guitar or Ukelele Lessons

    Guitar Teacher, Jacob West visited Terang College on Thursday to meet with 5-12 Campus students interested in learning guitar or ukelele.  Jacob teaches at Camperdown College and will be starting guitar lessons at Terang College from next week.   • VCAA VCE Leadership Awards – Wednesday 18th September, 2019

    On Wednesday September 18th Sophie-Kate Shaw was recognised as one of six finalists in the VCAA VCE Leadership Awards at Parliament house, Melbourne. The award is for VCE students who have demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities over the years, in particular their VCE years. Nominations can come from any Victorian school with just 6 being honoured at Parliament house. Sophie-Kate and the other finalists had the opportunity to answer some questions on stage, reflecting on their experiences before a winner was chosen.
