Congratulations Ingrid Cavarsan who was awarded the 12/13 year girls Cyril Cook Cup on Sunday in Geelong.  Ingrid received the award for her solid results at the Barwon South West District Swimming Association Championships.  The district spreads from Geelong to Mount Gambier.

Well done Ingrid, all the early morning trips to Warrnambool for training are certainly paying off.
