Book Week Parade 2024 – Wednesday 21st August
August 6, 2024
The annual Book Week parade will commence at the Terang College hall on Wednesday 21st August at approximately 9:15am.
Parents and friends are welcome to attend our celebration.
The CBCA Book Week theme for 2024 is “Reading is Magic”.
Students from Foundation to 6 are studying the short-listed books in the Early Childhood and Picture Book of the Year categories.
We expect all students F-12 to participate in the Book Week parade celebrations by dressing up as their favourite book character. As for previous years, we would encourage children to be creative and to use costumes or make costumes from things that they have at home.
This is always a very exciting day on our school calendar.
Following the parade this year, students will resume normal classroom timetables.
