Year 12 Business Management today did a virtual tour with Yakult for Operations Management.  Instead of travelling 8 hours to Dandenong and back, it was all achieved in 60 minutes. A focus of Operations Management is efficiency and effectiveness. By doing a virtual tour it also met these two criteria as well as providing valuable relevant information for their studies. Not sure if all students are converts to this very healthy drink.
