We have had a few enquiries requesting the recipe for the ‘Cookies in a Jar’ which were in the Covid Care Pack.  Recipe is as follows.

Cookies in a Jar Recipe

Ingredients:

1 & 1/3 Cups Self-Raising Flour

2/3 Cup Brown Sugar

½ Teaspoon Salt

¼ Cup White Choc Melts

¼ Cup Milk Choc Melts

¼ Cup Mini M & M’s

125 grams Butter (Room Temp)

1 Egg

1 teaspoon Vanilla

Method:

Cream Butter & Sugar, whisk in egg and Vanilla.

Add all other ingredients

Mix Well

Roll into Balls

Place on greased trays, allow to spread

Bake @ 180◦C for 10-15 minutes
