Well done to the 24 students who travelled to Ballarat yesterday to compete in the GWR Soccer Finals.

Terang had a senior and intermediate team competing against Ballarat, Horsham, Trinity, Emmanuel and Mount Clear.

The Senior team, coached by Mr O’Connor had only 1 game for the day and went down to Ballarat High.

The Intermediate team, coached by Mrs Sutton played 4 games, unfortunately they didn’t get a win either, but had a close game against Emmanuel College with Oliver Guthrie scoring 2 goals to bring the end score to Emmanuel 3 Terang 2.

Thanks to Coaches Mr O’Connor and Mrs Sutton and a huge thankyou to Chris Wilkinson for volunteering to drive the students to Ballarat.
