Terang College VCE students were lucky enough to have an online chat this morning with two Paralympians in Kathryn Ross (rowing) and Josh Hose (Wheelchair Rugby). Both spoke about their journey through their childhood and how they were able to successfully secure spots in multiple Olympic games across the past few years. The two spoke about goal setting, motivating yourself to achieve your goals and also spoke about the mental strains that they have faced throughout the current isolation period they are in after returning from the Tokyo games recently. Both Josh and Kathryn are looking forward to leaving lockdown after their 14 day isolation period.
Terang College would like to thank them for their support of our VCE students as they enter a stressful period post the upcoming holidays.
