Our School Wide Positive Behaviour Team has been working hard throughout 2023 to continue our commitment to building a positive, safe, supportive learning environment. With the formation of our values: Respect, Responsibility & Pride in 2022, this year has focused on embedding these values through lesson plans, TC rewards on values, regular sub-school & whole school assemblies, certificates for demonstrating values, behaviour matrix (within minor and major flowcharts), highlighting positive behaviour, staff professional development, set up of our rewards cabinet (check out our beanies & hats in the photo attached!) and much more behind the scenes.  We thank all parties, students, staff, families, and the wider Terang community for engaging with this process.
