College policy advises that staff are not able to administer medication to students without written authorisation from parents.

We currently require a form to be completed and returned to the College with the medication to be administered advising of times, dosage, etc.

We would ask parents to obtain a copy of the document ‘Authority for Staff to Dispense Medication during School Hours’ from either College office.

Without this form we cannot administer medication(s) to your child.
