VCE VM Industry Visits

Last Wednesday, the VCE VM students took part in an industry visit day that saw them attend a variety of workplaces and explore different pathways.
We began the day at Midfield Meats where we were exposed to the everyday happenings of the meat and agriculture industry. We were briefed on the impact Midfields is having across the globe on a sustainability level and we were gifted an inside look at the running of their business.
We were then split into groups where some students toured Pure Academy Hair and Beauty at SW Tafe. The other half went to the James Taylor building to see a day in the life of an upmarket builder.
We finished the day at ACE radio where students had the opportunity to see behind the scenes and even a chance to do a voice-over recording.
