A Big Congratulations to viola student, Renee Cowan who has won the 2025 Jean Wood Music Scholarship Award Senior Prize! Renee had to play two pieces and be interviewed by a panel.

The Award named in honour of Jean Wood, a Terang and District music teacher, is held every October and is for local music students who have learnt a musical instrument for two years or more. The Award money will assist Renee with her music studies. Renee’s win was recently  featured in the Terang Express.  Well done, Renee!
