To wrap up our Healthy Eating Unit in Food Technology, our Year 7 and 8 students stepped up to the ultimate kitchen test — a Mystery Box Challenge!

Armed with a mystery selection of ingredients covering the five food groups, students had 1 hour and 15 minutes to plan, prep, and plate up a main meal and dessert. The catch? They had to use every single ingredient in their box!

The kitchen was buzzing with teamwork, creativity, and a bit of friendly competition as students transformed everyday ingredients into impressive dishes.
